My Background
I am a Director at Lotus in Bloom Wellbeing, with over 20 years’ leadership experience across criminal justice, social care, and public sector systems. My background combines psychology, business strategy, and professional social work, supported by a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MBA, and a Diploma in Professional Social Work (DiPSW).

Throughout my career as a civil servant, I have worked in both operational and strategic leadership roles within complex, high-pressure environments, supporting marginalised and hard-to-reach communities through ethical, trauma-informed, and person-centred approaches. This experience has shaped my strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and strengths-based practice.
Alongside system and service leadership, I hold a strategic portfolio for staff wellbeing and Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB). I have led initiatives to improve psychological safety, reduce burnout, and embed wellbeing and resilience into organisational culture, supporting leaders and teams to thrive through change and uncertainty.
My leadership style is values-led, reflective, and collaborative. I believe sustainable wellbeing and effective leadership are rooted in compassion, inclusion, and clear strategic thinking, creating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and able to perform at their best.
