My Background
I’m Amma, a Los Angeles and Russia-trained Kundalini Yoga teacher, Functional Bodywork, and Functional Aesthetics Practitioner who practices an inside-out philosophy, recognising that how we look often reflects internal health whilst addressing the deeper patterns that influence how we look, feel, and function.
My bodywork integrates hands-on soft tissue work with guided movement to improve how the body moves, feels, and functions, addressing pain, restriction, and imbalance.
My background includes an MSc in Organisational Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences, and professional training in Counselling, Teaching, holistic body therapies, aesthetics, and advanced yoga.
I’m currently the Yoga and Holistic Health Lead at Lotus in Bloom Wellbeing, with additional evidence-based training in Social Prescribing, Lower Back Pain, and GP/Exercise Referral.
With over 10 years of community practice working inclusively with global majority communities, SEN children and teens, and the LGBTQ+ community, my approach is inclusive, trauma-aware, and evidence-informed, bridging science, embodied practice, and holistic wellbeing to support people in moving, feeling, and living better.
